A number of shoppers have notified us that they have received email and text message communication from a company impersonating Customer Impact.
Please disregard any communication from "email@example.com" or "firstname.lastname@example.org" as these are fraudulent email addresses, and are in no way associated with Customer Impact.
We're aware that scammers periodically impersonate our company (as they do many similar companies), but we always appreciate when someone brings it to our attention - and has the forethought to contact us about any offer that might seem suspicious. Please forward the emails you have received and we will certainly do what we can to report them.
Our payment methods are through Direct Deposit and PayPal only -- never cashier's check. We will never submit payment to you ahead of time, or ask for you to contribute funds in order to participate in a mystery shopping, retail audit, or merchandising program.
