Strategic Partnership Strengthens Customer Service

Customer Impact, a national customer experience marketing firm, is proud to announce a new business relationship with Rico’s Grill, a popular Mexican Grill based in The Woodlands, Texas.

The Woodlands, TX – Wednesday, March 27, 2013 – Customer Impact and Rico’s Grill are happy to announce a new strategic relationship between the two companies that will strengthen customer service and client satisfaction.    Customer Impact owner, Scott Hiller, states “We are proud to partner with Rico’s Grill. Rico’s Grill has long been recognized as a great place to gather with family,  enjoy Tex-Mex cuisine, and as a Mexican Grill that delivers superior customer service. We are thrilled to continue that tradition and be associated with an organization that provides great customer service and delights its guests.”

The Rico’s name began with the first location in The Woodlands almost 7 years ago. The Rico’s family of restaurants now has nine locations with more than 400 employees. The restaurant company has plans for more locations to be opening soon.

The Rico’s family of restaurants prides itself on offering the best Tex-Mex cuisine in The Woodlands area, and featuring a variety of dishes and margaritas. Each location features unique dining rooms, a full bar, patio and, at some locations, a private banquet room. Most nights, live entertainment can also be heard, adding to the “south of the border” ambiance.

In conjunction with the new partnership, Scott Hiller is also pleased to announce a donation to their mutual partner, Montgomery County Food Bank, in the name of Rico’s Grill.  Both Rico’s Grill and Customer Impact recognize that a day without food is unimaginable, but the truth of the matter is that many communities in the United States are facing the food shortage issue on a daily basis. Montgomery County in Texas is no stranger to this situation with some 92,000 households receiving food from the Food Bank each year.

“There is a major need right here in Montgomery County,” says Customer Impact owner Scott Hiller. “The Food Bank currently serves the needs of over 39,000 individuals every month, but this is less than 60% of the actual need. It is tragic how children are going hungry every day in our community, and Star Staffers is contributing its time and money to help close this gap.”

Customer Impact and Rico’s Grill are working with CEOs of other local companies to create awareness and help achieve the ultimate goal of no hunger in Montgomery County.

The mission of the Montgomery County Food Bank is to assist people who are hungry in Montgomery County, Texas. As a private non-profit organization, the Food Bank collects and distributes food each year to low-income children, adults and seniors living in Montgomery County. Currently, the Food Bank serves more than 39,000 individuals each month.
