We are expanding our business to position ourselves for growth and offer opportunities for our shoppers to participate in different types of research.  Customer Impact is now working with research firms that need panelists for on-line research and marketing feedback.  These are paid positions that are usually done from the comfort of home, sitting in front of a computer, or on a smart phone conducting mobile research.

In addition to on-line research, Customer Impact is partnering with firms that want data collected from all kinds of retail stores.  This is product research that is normally centered around product displays, promotions of all kinds, signage in the store, new product introductions, and product out-of-stocks.  These types of surveys are usually called merchandising surveys or audits.
