Coronavirus Adaptive Action
Customer Impact continues to provide ongoing support for our customers in various retail environments. We have expanded safety measures and implemented additional guidelines as a continuance of our adaptive action.
In an effort to protect themselves and those around them, we require all field representatives to adhere to the following:
Maintain a social distance of 6 feet or more while conducting business in a retail environment, when possible.
Wait until patrons have completely left an area before servicing a store section.
Carry a protective face mask or covering on their person at all times.
While on-site, wear a protective face mask or covering in adherence to all retailer-specific, local, state, and federal guidelines.
Additionally, all active field representatives are required to provide digital confirmation for every single store visit conducted.
This requirement is an affirmation that they have not:
- Tested positive for COVID-19. or shown similar symptoms.
- Been in contact with anyone who has tested positive, or shown symptoms within the past 14 days.
