TJ Schier is the President and Founder of Incentivize Solutions (2001), p.o.d.Training (2005) and S.M.A.R.T Restaurant Group. He provides keynote addresses and consulting on motivating & training today’s generation and enhancing guest service and sales. p.o.d.Training is an innovative new training approach focused on delivering training in new video handheld devices. He spent over 20 years in the hospitality industry in operations and training, most recently as the VP of Field Support for Chuck E Cheese’s Pizza (leaving in 2001).
